Today we announce that Oliver McGuinness has decided to step down as CEO of RightIndem to focus on the next phase of his career.

Ollie has led and steered RightIndem for the past several years, bringing the business from a fledgling development company to one which today can boast blue chip clients, a series of recent client wins, a solid sales and product pipeline and strong team to take RightIndem through its next phase of growth.  

The Board, his friends and colleagues at RightIndem would like to thank Ollie for everything he has done to bring RightIndem to its current position and wish him only the best and continued success in all his endeavours.

To succeed Ollie, we are delighted to announce that Julie Rodilosso, joins the business as our new CEO to continue its drive and success. Julie has over 30 years of experience within the general insurance market and is well recognised for her leadership and innovative sales and marketing skills. Her drive and strategic focus, combined with our existing teams’ talents, create a great framework for RightIndem’s continued development.
