The alliance will extend the deployment of the capability into the general insurance marketplaces across the UK, North America, and Asia Pacific into insurers, MGA’s, and a range of self-insured fleet and broker businesses.

As an integral part of the core WNS strategy to “power business processes with key technology enablement", the RightIndem solution will provide the customer entry point for a digital-first notice of loss experience and the downstream orchestration of the claims management experience.
