WNS Holdings, the leading provider of end-to-end claims management solutions, across the claims value chain for personal, commercial, specialty and workers' compensation lines of business has teamed up with RightIndem to deploy a Motor Claims Straight-Through-Processing (STP) solution.

The alliance will extend the deployment of the capability into the general insurance marketplaces across the UK, North America, and Asia Pacific into insurers, MGA’s, and a range of self-insured fleet and broker businesses.

As an integral part of the core WNS strategy to “power business processes with key technology enablement", the RightIndem solution will provide the customer entry point for a digital-first notice of loss experience and the downstream orchestration of the claims management experience. Through integration of complementary technologies and service capabilities, the solution will enable an eco-system providing validation, decisioning and fulfilment of claims service across a range of claims.

The partnership will enhance the ability of both businesses to further accelerate claims digitisation, to transform the customer experience, whilst reducing cost, friction and cycle times.
